Azerbaijan Tries to Prevent Armed Confrontation Possibilities through Movements: Tigran Abrahamyan

The Armenian authorities are systematically removing the issue of Artsakh from Armenia's foreign policy agenda, thereby not only serving Azerbaijan as a gesture of goodwill but also absolving themselves of responsibility for any future political repercussions related to Artsakh. This is stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the secretary of the "Honorary Position" parliamentary faction, on his Facebook page.

"Azerbaijan is trying to create a situation in the direction of Artsakh through tactical movements and reconfigurations, where the possibilities for armed confrontation and conflict will be minimized. This will be followed by a process of establishing conditions for joint residence through soft power, during which large projects involving joint use of infrastructure and the provision of various services on preferential terms will be presented from Azerbaijan. The goal is clear: to ensure complete Azerbaijani control over Artsakh in the coming years, as smoothly as possible, in which case the withdrawal of the Russian military contingent from Artsakh will be brought to the forefront of the agenda. The Armenian authorities are deliberately removing the issue of Artsakh from Armenia's foreign policy agenda, thus serving Azerbaijan as a gesture of goodwill and freeing themselves from responsibility for any future political consequences related to Artsakh," he noted.
