“First the Balkans, then Taiwan, now perhaps the Caucasus”: Zelensky on the current situation in the world
Since Russia disregarded international law and began its aggression against Ukraine in 2014, the architecture of global security has been disrupted. This opinion was expressed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a message published on the presidential administration's website, as reported by gordonua.com.
“In recent days, there have been numerous messages in our information space and social networks about conflict situations and threats present in other geographical points. First the Balkans, then Taiwan, now perhaps the Caucasus... All these situations seem different, although they are united by one factor: the global security architecture has failed. If it had worked, there would be no conflict,” said Zelensky.
