Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Comments on Clashes in Berdzor

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has recently commented on the incident that occurred this morning near Berdzor (Lachin), resulting in the death of an Azerbaijani serviceman, according to official Baku.

The foreign ministry of the aggressor state continues its anti-Armenian propaganda, blaming the Armenian side: “The entire responsibility for the incident that took place in Azerbaijan lies with the military-political leadership of Armenia, which has so far failed to withdraw its illegal armed formations from the territory of the neighboring state,” the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, adding, “In the future, all necessary measures will also be taken to ensure the security and integrity of Azerbaijan’s borders.”

The Armenian side has yet to respond to the announcement.
