Vahagn Vermishyan's health condition continues to remain complex and uncertain, as his medical examination has not been provided for the past five days. This was reported by Vermishyan's lawyer, Alexander Kochubayev, on his Facebook page.

“I just came out of the Nubarashen Penitentiary, where I went to visit Vahagn Vermishyan. His health condition continues to be complex and uncertain because for five days he has not been provided with a medical examination, and his dizziness and vomiting have increased. If we add to this the next court session scheduled by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan (on October 4), we can state that Vahagn Vermishyan's detention has essentially turned into a form of punishment. Vahagn Vermishyan is a political prisoner, and his criminal case is a matter of political persecution,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
