Photos: Fire Erupts in Khosrov Forest

A fire has erupted in the Khosrov Forest State Reserve. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire has been contained.

A helicopter from the Ministry of Defense participated in the firefighting efforts.

The fire started during a special tactical exercise on the theme of "Implementation of work to extinguish large fires occurring in forest areas," approximately 500 meters away from the exercise site.

Units of the Emergency Situations Ministry involved in the training, along with the Ministry of Defense's helicopter, took part in the firefighting efforts.

The fire was contained at 14:48, having burned around 3,000 square meters of forested area.
