Turkish Consulate Bombarded in Iraq

The Turkish Consulate located in the city of Mosul, Iraq, has come under rocket fire. This has been reported by the Turkish Anadolu news agency.

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a condemning statement regarding the incident, labeling the perpetrators as terrorists and threatening them with consequences.

According to Turkish sources, four rockets were fired at the consulate building; however, there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the attack.
