Details of the Relationship Between the 17-Year-Old Russian Girl and the Suspect in Her Murder Revealed
The 17-year-old girl who was murdered in Novosibirsk had been in a relationship with a 27-year-old suspect for a long time. They had arguments, and the young man had reportedly been physically violent towards his girlfriend, revealed their friend Konstantin in an interview with Lenta.ru.
The couple had been seeing each other for an extended period but separated about a month and a half ago. According to Konstantin, the young man was unable to accept the breakup and tried to win back his girlfriend, who categorically refused to continue the relationship.
Following their separation, the suspect reportedly started experiencing drug-related issues, as noted by Lenta.ru's source.
While Konstantin did not know the exact reason for the breakup, he mentioned that the young man had physically assaulted his girlfriend multiple times. He described the victim as a remarkable girl without bad habits. She had also complained that the young man “hit her and choked her out of passion or jealousy.” However, the friend did not label the 27-year-old detainee as aggressive.
It is important to remind that today it became known that a jealousy-fueled argument took place between the couple, after which the 17-year-old girl attempted to escape. However, the 27-year-old Roman struck her, threw her to the ground, and inflicted 13 stab wounds, ultimately leading to her death.
