Attempts are being made to guide us to, figuratively speaking, a 'TikTok' sign with 'Armenia': Vardan Voskanyan

On July 26, a meeting of the heads of special services of Turkic-speaking countries took place in the resort town of Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, hosted by the President of Kyrgyzstan. This is reported by Iranian studies expert Vardan Voskanyan.

It is noteworthy that in addition to the heads of special services from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, two officials from Azerbaijan participated in the meeting—heads of the State Security Service and the Foreign Intelligence Service—which demonstrates how seriously Baku's authoritarian regime approaches such events, which essentially have long-term pan-Turkic objectives and are guided by Turkey.

Moreover, there is another interesting aspect: figuratively speaking, Turkmenistan does not participate in this meeting of the future “Unified Turan Security Service,” which broadly creates a geographical and geopolitical rift concerning the question of that same illusory Turan’s establishment.

Therefore, from a security perspective relevant to Armenia, this meeting should indeed be of interest to us—considering that Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are allies within the CSTO framework alongside Armenia, as well as the hostile Azerbaijan and Turkey, and the absence of Turkmenistan is also significant.

Overall, such important events should become part of the real agenda that Armenia should be engaged with in a broader sense, rather than relying on short-term maneuvers that aim to steer us towards, figuratively speaking, a 'TikTok' sign with 'Armenia,' where the 'primary agenda' for us to discuss is some conditional 'nose-picking' of someone else's making.
