34-Year-Old Man Deliberately Rammed a Traffic Police Official's Car and Pulled It Forward

A criminal case has been initiated at the Stepanakert investigative department of the Artsakh Investigative Committee regarding a 34-year-old man born in 1988, who, while in an intoxicated state, deliberately damaged property by ramming his Nissan Pathfinder into the rear of the service vehicle—a Toyota Corolla—driven by a traffic police officer on night duty.

Following this initial incident, he again struck the same Toyota Corolla, pulling it forward in the process. The actions resulted in significant property damage amounting to 1,065,500 AMD (Armenian dram) to the Artsakh police, as per part 2 of Article 191 of the Artsakh Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing, the Artsakh Investigative Committee reports.
