Elderly Woman Cuts Construction Worker’s Rope from 10th Floor in Moscow

An 83-year-old woman residing on the 12th floor has cut the rope of a construction worker who was working on the 10th floor, reports the Izvestia newspaper.

The incident occurred in Moscow, in one of the buildings on Domodedovskaya Street. It has been noted that the worker was engaged in significant renovations to the building's facade when the elderly woman severed the cable while the man was at the height of the tenth floor.

According to the publication, the man did not fall and was able to descend safely to the first floor due to the presence of a safety rope. Law enforcement agencies have begun an investigation into the incident.
