Arayik Harutyunyan, the President of Artsakh, shared on his Facebook page about the ongoing construction works in Artsakh, writing:

“Dear compatriots, due to the disastrous war of 2020, we have transformed the remaining part of Artsakh into a large construction site to address the housing issues of our compatriots who have lost their homes and other social groups. I present to you a summary of the work carried out.”
