A video has surfaced showing the moment of the fatal shot fired at former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The first bullet grazed past him, while the second proved to be fatal for the political figure.

The footage reveals how Abe turned towards the shooter after the first shot. He was immediately struck by the second bullet and fell to the ground, losing consciousness. At that moment, security personnel were already subduing the assailant.

It’s important to remember that in the Japanese city of Nara, during his campaign speech, Abe was shot twice by a former military sailor, Tetsuya Yamagami, using a homemade weapon. Yamagami expressed dissatisfaction with Abe’s political views. Later, the former Prime Minister succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
