Valeriy Osipyan's Nephew Suspected of Assaulting His Wife

On July 6, a criminal case was initiated in the criminal investigations department of the Yerevan city Investigation Committee, specifically for the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts, under Article 195, Part 2, Clause 6 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia.

According to Shamshyan.com, this criminal case was opened based on reports received by the police from Erebuni and Nubarashen on July 3.

As informed by Shamshyan, on that day around 2:30 AM, 21-year-old Syuzanna S. from the Nubarashen administrative district reported that her husband, 30-year-old Sedrak O., had physically assaulted her during a quarrel at their residence, causing her physical pain.

Notably, Sedrak O. is the nephew of Valeriy Osipyan, the former head of the Police of Armenia and a police major general, who has reportedly been in the sight of law enforcement multiple times.
