Tsitsernakaberd Highway Closed in Both Directions; Roadways Open in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that roadways in Armenia are passable.

Due to damage to a bridge in the Lussagyu-Yerasxahun section of the M3 highway in the Armavir region, traffic is being conducted in one lane, allowing for bi-directional flow.

Furthermore, the Tsitsernakaberd Highway is closed in both directions due to a landslide affecting the road leading from Leningradian Street to Tsitsernakaberd Highway.

Regarding the Lars situation, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the Russian Federation's EMERCOM crisis management center in North Ossetia, the Stepanakert-Lars road is open to all types of vehicles.
