Tomorrow, Ministerial Council Meeting of CSTO to be Held in Yerevan

On June 10, a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will take place in Yerevan, chaired by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, as reported by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meetings will include a narrow format council with the foreign ministers of CSTO member states, followed by an expanded format session. This will be followed by a press statement from Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas.

The agenda will cover issues related to international and regional security and the strengthening of CSTO’s crisis response mechanisms.

As a result of the meeting, a consultation program for the representatives of CSTO member states on foreign policy, defense, and security matters for the years 2022-2024 is expected to be signed.
