The newspaper 'Iravunk' reports: 'Even before the investigative commission has begun its work, rumors abound that it has already designated culprits. Moreover, some of these alleged wrongdoers have been actively summoned for questioning regarding various cases revealing the circumstances of the war.

According to news circulating among the officials, new, controversial arrests are expected in the Ministry of Defense soon. Allegedly, the focus is particularly on individuals close to Artak Davtyan. However, considering that Davtyan is one of the direct culprits for the dismal state of the Armenian army during the initial phase of the war, holding him accountable would be more than appropriate. But it would be even better if he sat next to Nikol there.'
