VIDEO: Major Fire in a Moscow Business Center, People Trapped Inside

A fire has broken out at the Grand Setun Plaza business center in Moscow. According to reports, there are people inside the building.

As reported by TASS, citing a source, the fire has spread from the first to the fourth floors. Evacuations have started following the outbreak of the fire; however, people are still remaining inside the building.
