Employee Trapped in Burning Business Center in Moscow
One of the employees remains trapped in office A601 on the 6th floor of a burning business center in Moscow. 32-year-old Oleg Avdonin, who is depicted in the photo, has not been reachable. This is reported by Mash.
UPDATE: Oleg has been rescued and is in a safe place. Former colleagues claim that the man was last seen wearing a gas mask, waiting for rescuers.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations has deployed a helicopter for rescue operations. More than 120 people have been evacuated from the burning building of the business center, and search and rescue operations continue as the firefighting headquarters remains active.
According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire that broke out at Grand Setun Plaza was caused by a short circuit due to improper installation of lighting on the facade. Previously, electrical wires had short-circuited beneath the entrance panel of the building.
