Opposition March Begins from France Square in Yerevan

Members of the "Resistance" movement and their supporters marched from France Square towards Sayat-Nova Street. In the forefront of the march were the leaders of the "Resistance," including Ishkhan Saghatelyan, Levon Kocharyan, the son of the second President of Armenia, and opposition lawmakers.

The participants of the action plan to hold civil disobedience activities in Yerevan today as well. During a working discussion held yesterday at France Square, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a member of the "Resistance" movement and Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, announced that members of the "Resistance" movement and their supporters will continue to visit state institutions and various organizations on May 31 to gauge people's opinions.

He also announced that a rally will be held at 19:00.
