Davit Vardanian, a soldier who was wounded by enemy fire and passed away today, was from the village of Norapat in the Armavir region. He was set to be discharged on August 5. This information was provided to news.am by a former head of the village municipality.

“Davit was a smart kid, the only boy in the family, with one sister. He participated in the 44-day war and served in Yeghnikner,” said a fellow villager. Previously, it was reported that Private Davit Vardanian was wounded by enemy fire on May 28, and doctors were unable to save his life.
