Will Zhirinovsky's Prophecy Come True? Peskov Comments

The Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has declined to comment on the late leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, Vladimir Zhirinovsky's prophecy regarding the collapse of Ukraine, according to lenta.ru. He stated that we must first wait to see whether the prophecy will come to pass or not.

The deceased Zhirinovsky had declared that Volodymyr Zelensky would become Ukraine's last president. “We do not have the authority to comment on prophecies. We suggest waiting to see whether they will be fulfilled or not,” Peskov said.

It is noteworthy that prior to his death, Zhirinovsky announced that Russia would carry out a special military operation in Ukraine. Additionally, one year ago, Zhirinovsky had predicted the start date of the special operation, noting the morning of February 22. It is important to mention that the operation actually commenced on February 24.
