Peskov Talks About Economic War

The economic war launched against Moscow and Minsk will not hinder the development and strengthening of the EAEU, said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President, during a press briefing. According to RIA Novosti, Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate in a video conference for the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Supreme Council today.

“This is a very, very developed integration within the EAEU, and its development continues. There are challenges related to the economic war that has begun against at least two members of the EEU, namely Russia and Belarus, but this cannot and will not be an obstacle to the further development and strengthening of this format,” Peskov stated.
