City Hall Employee Hits Pedestrian in Yerevan
On May 24, an incident occurred in Yerevan involving a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle. At around 9:00 PM, a 33-year-old resident of Yerevan, Davit Sh., hit 74-year-old Tanya T., also a Yerevan resident, with his Mazda car in front of 1 Mamikonyants Street.
According to shamshyan.com, the driver did not flee the scene and assisted the struck pedestrian in being transported to the Kanaker-Zeytun Medical Center, where, after receiving necessary medical treatment, she was later transferred to the Mikayelyan Institute of Surgery.
As per reports, driver Davit Sh. works as the deputy head of the Department at the Committee of Urban Development of Armenia.
