Medvedev Mockingly Comments on Biden's Behavior in Seoul

Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, has mockingly commented on the behavior of U.S. President Joe Biden during his working visit to Seoul.

Medvedev stated that during Biden's visit to South Korea, reporters asked whether he had any message or communication to relay to his North Korean counterpart.

“In response, Biden simply said ‘Hello,’ and a few seconds later added, ‘That’s all… and that’s it.’ It’s difficult for him,” wrote Medvedev on his Telegram channel.

In his post, Medvedev attached a video clip poking fun at the age of Leonid Brezhnev, the former General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, alongside a selection of video recordings showcasing Biden's public behavior.
