What Ghazinyan's Sources in Brussels Are Transmitting: What Will Pashinyan and Aliyev Agree On

My reliable sources in Brussels report that during the upcoming meeting between Pashinyan and Aliyev, they will finalize the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

This was stated on Facebook by Arthur Ghazinyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'Armenia' faction.

The essential terms of the agreement are as follows:

1. Both sides recognize each other's territorial integrity;
2. Artsakh will receive cultural autonomy within Azerbaijan;
3. Armenia will provide a corridor to connect the western territories of Azerbaijan with Nakhchivan, which will have the same status as the corridor connecting Artsakh to Armenia;
4. Armenia will have armed forces formed on a contractual basis with a limited composition and equipment;
5. The Republic of Armenia and Azerbaijan guarantee the security and safety of mutual investments;
6. Unblocking of communications will be carried out in phases, with the initial phase unblocking communications in the southern regions;
7. Demarcation and delimitation of borders must be carried out based on the borders that existed as of 1991.
