Citizen Attempts Suicide by Jumping from Davtashen Bridge

On May 13, at 18:55, the National Center for Crisis Management received information that a citizen wanted to commit suicide by jumping from the Davtashen Bridge in Yerevan, reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A team from the Yerevan rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene, including a firefighting unit and a duty psychologist from the Psychological Support Division.

Rescuers prevented the citizen's suicide attempt, and the psychologist is providing psychological support on-site.
