VIDEO: 'What should I believe in the sincerity of Sasik or Surik Khachatryan?' Edmon Marukyan to Journalists

This government has caused certain individuals to become involved in these processes, and we must not allow this. This was stated by Special Envoy Edmon Marukyan during a conversation with journalists at Yerablur.

In response to a journalist's question regarding whether the opposition's emergence for Artsakh represents a genuine call, particularly regarding Surik Khachatryan's sincerity, he said, 'What should I believe in the sincerity of Sasik, or, for instance, Surik Khachatryan? Everything, it seems to me, has its limits.'

'Unfortunately, I am involved in foreign policy, not domestic, otherwise they might have serious problems,' Marukyan noted, referring to the opposition.

Answering a question about whether his personal well-being has improved recently, he remarked, 'No, I live as I have always lived; you can check my declaration. What should have increased? Let's go look at our house, we can also check our house in Vanadzor.' He added, 'I receive a salary equivalent to that of a member of parliament.'
