According to ArmDaily.am, the woman is Marina Hovhannisyan, the mother of the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan.

Auroranews.am contacted Alen Simonyan's press secretary, Tovinar Khachatryan, but the spokesperson refused to comment on the information.
