The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, is delivering a speech in the National Assembly, where a government Q&A session is underway.
Opposition members of parliament are also present at the session. As previously reported, cameras captured a group of lawmakers from the 'Hayastan' faction entering the Assembly.
