Major Car Accident in Yerevan Involving Land Rover, Nissan, Honda, and Opel Leaves 5 Injured
On May 4th, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 22:30, vehicles collided in front of building number 33/6 on Acharyan Street. Involved were 29-year-old Vahe Sagatelyan driving a Honda, 36-year-old Norair Khachatryan driving a Nissan, 41-year-old Arthur Hakobyan driving a Land Rover, and 34-year-old Gevorg Poghosyan driving an Opel.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the collision, the Opel driver Gevorg Poghosyan, along with his passenger, 23-year-old Anastasia Maximenkova, both residents of Yerevan, as well as Honda driver Vahe Sagatelyan and his passenger, 19-year-old N. Manukyan from Vayots Dzor Province, sustained injuries and were transported to the Mikayelyan Institute of Surgery. Additionally, the Land Rover passenger, 54-year-old Armen Vardumyan from Yerevan, was taken to the number 1 university hospital with injuries.
