Yerevan State Medical University Denies Reports of Student Strike

Reports had circulated claiming that students at Yerevan State Medical University had declared a strike. Shushan Danielyan, the head of the university's administration, denied these rumors in an interview with Armenian Times, stating that there is no ongoing process of a strike at the university.

Auroranews contacted Shushan Danielyan, who confirmed that there is currently no information regarding a strike, thus it does not correspond to reality.

It is noteworthy that today, several opposition activists raised the flag of Artsakh in the courtyard of Mkhitar Heratsi Medical University and announced an indefinite strike. Some users and media outlets have presented this as a general strike at Yerevan State Medical University.
