On April 24, an emergency incident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. Around 3:30 PM, a 40-year-old resident of Gegharkunik, Aharon S., while performing agricultural work in the yard of his 64-year-old neighbor's house with his "Lovol" tractor, inadvertently fell into an inspection pit.
