Search Continues for Tourist Vessel with 26 Passengers Missing Off Japan
Search efforts are underway in Japan for a tourist vessel with 26 passengers that went missing at sea after sending a distress signal, international media report.
Earlier, an SOS signal was received from the crew of the ship, and patrol boats and airplanes are continuing their search operations. The vessel is reported to be located near the shores of the Shiretoko Peninsula.
