Azerbaijani Forces Have Agreed to Return to Initial Positions, Reports Artsakh Information Headquarters
On April 15, near the settlement of Seysulan in the Martakert region, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the neutral zone of the contact line. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
"We inform you that, as a result of negotiations conducted by the Russian peacekeeping forces in Artsakh, the Azerbaijani forces have just agreed to return to their initial positions," the statement said.
