Minor Fired Gunshots at Victory Park, 35 Bullets Found in His Vehicle
The operative of the Kanaker-Zeytun Police Department reported that on April 11, at 22:20, while on duty on Freedom Boulevard, they heard gunshots coming from the area adjacent to the lake in Victory Park. Upon proceeding in that direction, they noticed a Toyota vehicle whose driver had fired shots.
The driver attempted to flee in the vehicle, but the police stopped the car and apprehended the driver on suspicion of illegal possession and use of weapons and ammunition. The driver, who had not yet turned 18, presented a firearm resembling a pistol, along with two magazines and 35 bullets from the car's interior.
A forensic examination has been ordered, and materials are being prepared.
