Stabbing in Yerevan: 17-Year-Old Boy Hospitalized

Yesterday, on April 10, a stabbing incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 7:40 PM, the police received a call from the “Margaryan” Medical Center reporting that a teenager had been admitted with a diagnosis of a “stab wound to the left side of the waist.”

According to shamshyan.com, the operational group from the Central Police Department arrived at the mentioned center, led by the head of the criminal investigation department, Mamikonyan.

The police discovered that the victim is 17-year-old Hayk P., a resident of Yerevan, who was stabbed around 7:00 PM in “Malibu” park located on Arami Street. First aid was administered to the injured party at “Margaryan” Medical Center before he was transferred to “Holy Mother of God” Medical Center.

While doctors at the said center were providing assistance to the victim, officers from the Central Police Department’s criminal investigation and juvenile affairs divisions, working in conjunction with members of the Central and Norq-Marash Veterans Council, identified the perpetrator of the stabbing.

Sources indicate that the suspected attacker is also a 17-year-old resident of Yerevan named Arthur A.
