Stepanakert Resident Steals Parked Mitsubishi Pajero

On March 23 at 22:10, a report was received from the State Traffic Police of the Artsakh Republic indicating that between 20:00 and 20:30 on the same day, an unknown person had stolen a Mitsubishi Pajero parked in front of building number 4 on Al. Manukyan Street in Stepanakert. This was reported by the Artsakh Republic Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A group of operatives led by investigator L. Mnatsakanyan determined that during the specified time frame, the vehicle, belonging to the NGO 'Vita', which assists disabled veterans of the Artsakh Liberation War, was taken from that street. The vehicle was located on the same day at 22:30 on Tumanian Street.

As a result of actions undertaken in cooperation with the staff of the Artsakh Republic State Traffic Police, it was revealed that the car was stolen by a Stepanakert resident, R. G. (born in 2001) at 19:45 on the same day. The investigation is being handled by the Stepanakert city police department.
