Artsakh Information Headquarters Issues New Statement

The Artsakh Information Headquarters has issued a statement, specifically noting:

Dear compatriots, we inform you that the maintenance of the contact line towards the villages of Parukh and Kharamort in the Askeran region, as well as the security of the civilian population living in these communities, is under the mandate of the Russian peacekeeping forces deployed in the Republic of Artsakh.

At this moment, peacekeepers are at their bases, and negotiations are ongoing. We again urge the population to remain calm; the situation at all other sections of the contact line is stable at this time.
