Judge Boris Bakhshiyan to Remain in Custody

The appeals filed by the defense team regarding the detention of Judge Boris Bakhshiyan have been rejected. This was reported by Bakhshiyan's lawyer Arsen Sardarjan on his Facebook page.

“We did not see justice in this court either. The judge continues to be punished for working honestly and impartially. To keep Bakhshiyan in custody, our law enforcement agencies and certain judicial bodies are prepared for any unlawful actions,” Sardarjan stated.
