Wildberries Explains How to Receive Orders in Armenia While Issues Persist
Wildberries, the online shopping platform, has announced that it will take some time for information regarding the orders placed by customers from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan to be removed from the 'Deliveries' section of its website. This update comes after recent issues faced by the company, as reported on its Telegram channel.
To receive their ordered products, the company requests customers to rely on the previously indicated delivery deadlines. 'For example, if the delivery was scheduled for March 14-16 or March 15-17, you can go to the delivery office to pick up your product. If the delivery was scheduled for March 18 or later, the company will send a push notification through the mobile app,' the message states.
The company also informs buyers that they can receive their ordered products in the following ways:
- If you see a code in the 'Deliveries' section, you can collect the product using that code.
- If there is no code in the 'Deliveries' section, you can receive the product using your full name and the first 3 digits of the phone number registered in your personal account.
The delivery office staff may require identification. Starting today, customers from the mentioned countries will be able to see their orders directly in the 'Deliveries' section of their personal accounts.
It is reminded that since early morning on March 14, the Wildberries website and application had been malfunctioning, showing all users' orders as zero and failing to send special codes to customers. The platform has not yet been fully restored, and work is still ongoing.
