Peskov on Panic Buying in Russia

Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has assured that citizens do not need to rush to stores to buy personal hygiene products and food, TASS reports.

“It is understandable that some people cannot restrain their emotions, but if you know the actual information, then you understand that there is absolutely no need to rush to the store and buy large quantities of toilet paper, buckwheat, sugar, and so on,” said the Kremlin representative during a conversation with journalists on Friday.
