Kremlin Explains Putin's Words on Russia's Self-Purification
In the context of Russia's special operation in Ukraine, traitors emerge who disappear from our lives, leaving their positions and the country, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, commenting on Putin's statement regarding Russia's "self-purification." This is reported by RIA Novosti.
Earlier, during a meeting about socio-economic support measures in the regions of Russia, President Vladimir Putin stated that the natural and necessary self-purification of society would only strengthen Russia.
“In such difficult times and in such responsible situations, emotionally significant moments, many reveal their true nature. And many, as they say in Russian, show their traitorous side. They themselves disappear from our lives, some leave their positions, some abandon active service, and some leave the country and move to other regions. This is how this purification occurs: some violate the law and are punished by court rulings,” Peskov said, commenting on the President's remarks.
