Baku's Dictator Almost Openly Enters Anti-Russian Activities Camp: Vardan Voskanian

Recently, the dictator of Baku, who had lavishly praised Russia in Moscow, already appears almost overtly to have moved to the camp of anti-Russian activities. This was stated by Iranian studies expert Vardan Voskanian.

He specifically noted, “This was indirectly announced by the U.S. Secretary of State in his Twitter post, where he thanked the dictator of Baku for the support provided to Ukraine. The nature of this 'support' is already almost beyond doubt, especially considering the publications from Russian and Syrian media. The dictatorial regime in Baku has sent Middle Eastern terrorist mercenaries under the guise of humanitarian aid to fight against Russian troops and Donbas volunteers in Ukraine.”
