Man Arrested in Azerbaijan on Suspicion of Collaborating with Armenian Special Services

The State Security Service of Azerbaijan has arrested a 41-year-old citizen, Emil Mamedov Ramizoglu, on suspicion of state treason. This information was reported by Sputnik.

It is noted that Emil Mamedov met with employees of the Armenian special services in a third country and began secret collaboration in exchange for money to assist representatives of foreign special services. He was tasked with gathering information that could be used against the state security of Azerbaijan. Mamedov adhered to the rules of confidentiality and disclosure established by representatives of the Armenian special services.
