Kyiv's Tochka-U Missile Strike on Donetsk Was a Bloody Terrorist Act: Putin
On March 14, Kyiv's Tochka-U missile strike on Donetsk was a bloody terrorist act. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“On March 14, a missile attack was carried out in the center of Donetsk. This was a blatant bloody act of terrorism that claimed the lives of more than 20 people,” the Russian leader said.
He emphasized that such shelling has continued in recent days. Putin referred to the West's indifference to the victims in Donbas as “moral and ethical degradation, total dehumanization.”
According to him, it is astonishing how the West “failed to notice” the tragedy in Donetsk when the missile strike occurred in the city center, resulting in more than 20 casualties.
“They are as hypocritical now as they were when they turned a blind eye to what has been happening in Donbas over the past eight years. This is simply a form of moral degradation and complete dehumanization,” the president believes.
Putin also compared the actions of Kyiv's authorities in Ukraine to the Nazis' attempts to inflict as many casualties as possible before their defeat.
According to him, they strike indiscriminately—impulsively and with rampancy. “Like the fascists who, in the final days of the Third Reich, tried to take as many innocent victims to their graves as possible,” he added.
