Turkey Will Continue Efforts to Establish Ceasefire in Ukraine, Says Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that Ankara will continue to strive for a ceasefire agreement in Ukraine following talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, as reported by CNN Türk.

He noted that the situation was discussed with Scholz and termed the current state of Russian-Ukrainian relations as an important topic on the global agenda.

Earlier, Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu announced that Ankara would not impose sanctions against Russia.
