I Do Not Consider the Probability of Large-Scale Operations High at the Moment, Says MP

Conflicting information is circulating regarding movements on the Azerbaijani side of the contact line, stated Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'Honorary Duty' faction.

“As far as I know, there are some small but very limited movements in certain directions, and this does not give me grounds to conclude that Azerbaijan is preparing for large-scale operations or regroupings,” Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook page.

At this moment, the MP does not consider the likelihood of large-scale actions, especially towards Artsakh, to be high. However, this does not mean that local operations or various types of provocations at the borders of Artsakh or Armenia are unlikely.

“Moreover, events can accelerate and new scenarios may emerge in a short time, but at this moment, I do not have grounds for making definitive assessments. The Armenian state bodies believe that their only function is to serve the personal agenda of Pashinyan, and as a result, they are also failing in their duties to ensure information security. I hope that at least the Artsakh Defense Army will respond to the news that has been circulating since yesterday and is causing concern among our compatriots in Artsakh,” emphasized the MP from the 'Honorary Duty' faction.
