Russia Illegally Detains 400 Ukrainian Citizens, Says Ukraine's General Staff
Ukraine's General Staff claims that due to the "fierce resistance of Kherson residents," Russian authorities are attempting to establish a "administrative-police regime" in the region, with units of the Rosgvardiya deployed to Kherson Oblast.
According to Ukrainian sources, representatives of the Russian administration have illegally detained 400 Ukrainian citizens.
