Around 01:20, 30-year-old Narek Avetisyan, a resident of Kapan, lost control of his Toyota Corolla vehicle in the Syunik locality of Kapan, veering off the road into the left lane. He collided with a gas pump belonging to the 'Kapan Samo' company, knocking it down and crashing into a wall.
