Major Car Accident in Yerevan: Hit Payment Terminal and Ended Up on Sidewalk

On March 6, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 11:30 PM, vehicles driven by 25-year-old Emil Tovmasyan in a Porsche Cayenne and 60-year-old Ashot Safaryan in a Mitsubishi Lancer collided near Komitas Avenue at number 49/6.

According to reports from the scene by shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, Porsche driver E. Tovmasyan was transported to the Nairi Medical Center for treatment, while A. Safaryan was taken to the Number 1 University Hospital. Following the collision, the Porsche veered off the roadway, demolished a payment terminal, and ended up on the pedestrian sidewalk.

Citizens were the first to assist the injured, and medical personnel responded promptly, providing first aid at the scene before the injured were transported to the hospital.
